What does it cost to install a charger when I lease one?
The cost of installing the charger is included in the leasing fee, the final leasing price will be determined after a site-visit.
How long does installation take?
In most cases, installation is completed within 2-4 weeks from the moment you confirm your order. This includes a site assessment, preparation, and the actual installation by a certified technician.
Do I need to upgrade my electricity connection?
For basic charging at home, your existing single-phase connection is usually sufficient. However, if you want faster charging (up to 22 kW), you need a three-phase connection. Our team will advise you during the site assessment on what is most suitable for your location and use-case.
What is Dynamic Load Balancing?
Dynamic Load Balancing ensures that your EV charger adjusts to the total electricity use in your household. This prevents overloading by automatically distributing available power between your home appliances and the charger, so your car charges safely without disrupting your household’s electricity supply.
